Roundtable for the visiting Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS) delegation on “China’s Economic Outlook and Policy”

On 22 April, the AoF/HKIMR hosted a roundtable on “China’s Economic Outlook and Policy” with the visiting Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS) delegation.
The delegation was led by WANG Changlin, Vice President of the CASS with the leading experts and policy advisers on the Chinese economy such as LIU Shijin and WANG Yiming, both are former Vice President of the Development Research Center of the State Council. The roundtable discussed many important short term and long term issues facing the Chinese economy. It was moderated by Norman Chan, Senior Advisor of the AoF. Around 30 leading economists from the financial industry and the government participated in the discussion.
