The Centre for Financial Leadership Development (CFLD) is a unit under the Hong Kong Academy of Finance (AoF) to develop financial leadership through developing and running a Leadership Development Programme. The Leadership Development Programme aims to foster leadership, broaden Members’ global and inter-disciplinary perspectives, and expand Members’ professional network. The Leadership Development Programme comprises activities of different formats, including, amongst others, seminar series, workshops and small group discussions. Distinguished leaders and experts amongst financial regulators, industry practitioners and the academics from around the world are invited to share their insights and perspectives at these activities with an emphasis on sharing their cross-disciplinary and cross-jurisdictional experiences and leadership perspectives. Members of the AoF are invited to participate in the Leadership Development Programme.
