  • Artificial intelligence (AI) has the potential to enhance productivity, but the industry must increase its readiness. Effective implementation of AI will critically depend on the leadership of an organization.
  • To further the industry’s green and sustainability agenda, financial services firms are advised to fully integrate sustainability goals into their strategic planning and talent development processes across functions.
  • Embracing diversity and inclusion in terms of background and expertise in talent acquisition and management is crucial for fostering innovation and a broader understanding of societal needs and global market dynamics.
