Dinner with Mary Huen

Ms Mary Huen, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for Hong Kong, and Cluster CEO for Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau of Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited had an interactive dialogue with the FLP participants on 5 September 2022 to share her views and insights on virtual banking, GBA and Fintech. The discussion was followed by a dinner held at the Standard Chartered Bank Building.
Moderated by Mr Michael Footman, Partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers, Ms Huen and participants exchanged views on a wide range of topics, including the learning as CEO of a traditional note issuing bank and as chairperson of a virtual bank in Hong Kong; the future of virtual banks; the opportunities in the financial services industry in GBA; the development of Fintech in Hong Kong, etc.
