Ms Priscilla Ng was appointed to the current position on 1 July 2023. She leads Prudential’s effort to becoming a customer-obsessed organization that provides best-in-class customer experience. In her role, she leads the firm to devise an effective customer management strategy to attract, engage and convert customers. Her responsibilities span across Proposition & Marketing, Data Analytics & Insight, Digital and Customer Experience, with the goal of uplifting customer lifetime value.

Priscilla joined Prudential in 2018 and was previously Chief Marketing and Partnership Distribution Officer in Prudential Hong Kong. In this role, she led Prudential Hong Kong’s Partnership Distribution channel, continuing to strengthen the bancassurance partnership and expand the broker business. At the same time, she also led the marketing function, overseeing the brand & marketing, corporate affairs, customer management and data & insights.

Prior to joining Prudential, she spent 17 years at Citibank, where she held positions of Managing Director, Head of Customer Franchise, and Head of Digital for Citibank’s Global Consumer Banking group in Hong Kong.

Priscilla is passionate about Diversity & Inclusion agenda. During her time at Prudential Hong Kong and Citibank, Priscilla served as the Chair of the Diversity Committee, where she provided strategic direction and championed the development of an inclusive environment and diversity practices into various aspects of the business.
