Ms Eileen Cheng serves as the Cyber FSI Lead at Deloitte Hong Kong, where she has been instrumental in driving cybersecurity strategies and initiatives across the financial services industry.
Eileen is an esteemed member of Deloitte Young Partners Advisory Council, the SheXO Program, and serves as the Hong Kong representative for the Asia Pacific Women in Cyber Community. Additionally, she contributes as a mentor in the cross-company Network of Executive Women Program.
In her role, Eileen has led numerous high-profile projects, including the implementation of advanced threat detection systems and the development of comprehensive cybersecurity frameworks for major financial institutions. She is also known for her expertise in regulatory compliance and have been a key advisor to regulators and major financial institutions on technology transformation programmes and cybersecurity matters.
Eileen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Calgary and a Master of Corporate Finance from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. She is a Certified Public Accountant as well as Certified Information Systems Auditor.
Eileen is actively involved in mentoring young professionals in the field and is a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion in the tech industry. She aims to drive advancements in cybersecurity, shaping the future of digital security and resilience in Hong Kong and beyond.
