Kinger is the chief China equity strategist in Macro Research, covering China onshore and offshore equities as well as China-linked markets in Hong Kong and Taiwan. Previously, he was on the Asia Pacific Strategy Research team. Kinger joined Goldman Sachs in 2004 and was named managing director in 2015.
Kinger earned a Bachelor of Commerce, with honors, from the University of British Columbia and a master's degree in finance from the London School of Economics. He is a CFA charter holder and a certified public accountant.
