Ms Chen is a passionate professional with extensive experience in finance, asset management and accounting. She is currently the Deputy General Manager of Taiping Financial Holdings Company Limited (the offshore investment platform of China Taiping Insurance Group), overseeing strategic development, asset allocations and asset management operations with AUM approximately USD 160 billion.
Before joining Taiping, Ms Chen amassed nearly two decades of experience in various sectors, including mergers and acquisitions, capital market transactions, private equities, and property development. She had been in roles in China Resources Group in Hong Kong and Austcrop Property Group in Australia respectively.
Ms Chen's holds a master's degree from University of Sydney. She is a CFA, Fellow member of CPA Australia, Responsible Officer of Type 4 and Type 9 of SFC.
