Xu Haohao serving as the Head of Tencent International Financial Public Affairs and Deputy Head of Tencent Financial Research Institute.
In her role, she spearheads group-level international financial regulatory engagement, and formulates strategic initiatives for licensed entities within the international financial technology (fintech) sector. As the representative of Tencent's fintech services, Ms Xu and her team collaborate closely with international financial regulatory bodies, navigating regulatory landscapes. With her understanding of Tencent's international fintech operations, she offers valuable insights to shape strategy and facilitate resource planning for the comprehensive development of Tencent's global financial business including leading international financial licensing applications.
Prior to Tencent, she had over ten years of extensive experience in television and digital media, serving as Head of the International Commercial Department of Zhejiang Media Group and the chief producer of major international projects. Ms Xu holds master’s degree from Zhejiang University and the EMBA program at Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management.
