Stephen Ching received his PhD from the University of Rochester and was awarded with the Conibear Prize. He is an associate professor at the City University of Hong Kong, where he won the Faculty Research Awards and Certificate of Merit of the University Applied Research Excellence Awards. He served as an honorary secretary and member of executive committee of the Hong Kong Economic Association (HKEA). He is a consultant to the Hong Kong Coalition of Service Industries (HKCSI) and was a consultant to the Pacific Basin Economic Council (PBEC). His research interests are game theory, mechanism design and international economics.
