Alson began his career with Swire Group as their trainee with exposure to sales and marketing functions. He then joined Citi as the Management Associate and since then holding multiple leadership position in managing their balance sheet, consumer lending, wealth management products and bancassurance. He was playing a pivotal role in driving the digitalization of the bank and was leading implementation of Faster Payment System.
Alson joined Standard Chartered Bank HK in 2022 as Head, Wealth Management covering Consumer Banking, Business Banking and Private Banking segments. Alson holds a Bachelor degree of Business Administration from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and Master degree of Finance from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
