AoF Financial Leaders Programme Graduation Ceremony

The 2023 Financial Leaders Programme Graduation Ceremony was held on 4 December 2023. AoF Directors Mr Eddie Yue, the Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA), Ms Ayesha Lau, Chairman of the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority, Mr Stephen Yiu, Chairman of Insurance Authority, Mr Arthur Yuen, Deputy Chief Executive of the HKMA, Mr Darryl Chan, Deputy Chief Executive of the HKMA and CEOs of various financial institutions who nominated the graduates to participate in the Programme attended the ceremony to share the joy with the graduates.
This Financial Leaders Programme aims to inspire financial talents in Hong Kong, equipping them with a mind-set to lead and look at issues from a macro perspective as well as to promote cross-sectoral understanding.
The 2023 Cohort comprises 23 promising financial talents from a diverse background. Over the nine-month programme, the graduates had in-depth discussion sessions with over 30 distinguished leaders from regulatory bodies and multiple sectors in the industry, and took part in an inaugural four-day field trip to Shenzhen in September. We congratulate them and thank them for their active participation!
